Hey d00d I just wanted to stop in and say hi. I'm loving my magus now Karnath, they're actually very beneficial to a team.
Check this out, here's what I've found:
Daemonology, in simple terms "rift-whore" perfect for ending those skirmishing line battles, melee guys like DOK's dearly love it.
Changing, often touted as the strongest spec, IMO the least beneficial but it's fun just the same. You can squeeze out tons and tons of AOE raw damage but it's debatable as to whether this sloppy damage is really overtaxing enemy healers. It does give strength to Sorc's in reguards to PVE content via maxed out glean debuffs however.
Havoc, often called the weakest tree, it's precisely the opposite. It's in short a caster killer spec. Instead of changings spread around damage it equates to total pressure and focus on a healer or caster with perils of the warp often with game breaking results in scenarios.
Don't abandon your Magus dude they're tons of fun. They just start weak and flourish later on. If you find any info on Black Guards let me know please, they look interesting
